  Scheduled a wisdom tooth extraction with the understanding that I could: A) Set up a payment plan with them in the event of a due balance. B) Have my surgery submitted to my insurance providers before the operation took place. Neither of these options were presented to me, and I was informed the day of surgery (after phone calls to them inquiring about the status of my insurance) that my medical insurance would not be billed until after the operation, leaving me with a balance due of over 1,000 dollars, that needed to be paid before they would remove the teeth.

  I love going to this place because they have the best Doctors there, but today I felt a little rushed to get out so they could get another patient in my room. He was like inching his way to the door. It was still a good appt today, my doctor still answered my questions. But the only thing that I sensed and didn't like was the bit of 'rushing me out' kind of feeling.
